Armed police make arrests in Bradford after gun sighting
Armed police have today arrested three men, all aged under 25, on suspicion of conspiracy to rob.
At 10.52am, police were called about a vehicle parked on Leeds Road, Bradford, where one of the occupants had been seen with what was believed to be a gun.
Detective Inspector Alan Flynn, of Bradford District CID, said: “In accordance with the information received, armed officers were deployed to the incident. The vehicle made off and drove towards Bradford, where it was abandoned in Petrie Road.
“One man, aged 21, was detained in Nottingham Street after a foot chase and arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to rob.

“Following further enquiries, two men, aged 20 and 23 were arrested in Lower Rushton Road, also on suspicion of conspiracy to rob.”
All three men are currently in custody and enquiries are continuing.
