Flash mob proposal surprises Trinity Leeds shoppers

Trinity Leeds Proposal

A Leeds solicitor has made a show-stopping proposal by surprising the love of his life with a flash mob proposal at Trinity Leeds.

On 17 May, Polina Ovsyannikova was put on the spot when singers and dancers started performing her favourite song ‘Ain’t Nobody’ by Chaka Khan in front of her.

A 10-minute routine followed suit filled with break-dancing and bhangra moves, when a red carpet was rolled out as Polina turned around to find her boyfriend Rajat Sharma on one knee.

The flash mob was organised by Morley-based company The Dance Mob, which is run by former Apprentice star Francesca MacDuff-Varley.

She told the Yorkshire Standard: “When Rajat came to me to organise his perfect movie style proposal, I was excited to take on the challenge and help create his ultimate day.

“We had an amazing day and of course she said yes, which was the fairytale ending. Congratulations to Rajat and Polina!”
