Shock as man found lying on train touching himself with his pants down
Commuters on board a Manchester Victoria to Leeds service last week found a man with his pants down touching himself on the seats.
Shortly after the train left Bradford Interchange on 4 June, passengers saw the man lying down on the seats with his trousers and underwear pulled down, touching himself.
Officers from the British Transport Police launched an appeal today to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident on board the 8.26pm Manchester Victoria to Leeds service at around 9.30pm.

Investigating officer PC Daniel Connelly said: “Unwanted sexual behaviour of any kind will be not tolerated anywhere on the rail network and we take all reports of this nature seriously.
“This clearly must have been an unpleasant and distressing experience for the passengers on board and I would urge anyone who was travelling on the train and who witnessed the incident to please come forward and speak to us.”
UPDATE: A 27-year-old man from Manchester has been arrested in relation to this case. He has been bailed pending further enquiries until 9 July.
