The world is trying to reach out to the relatives of an elderly man who is being treated in hospital after having a stroke.

A video has been circulating online showing an elderly man looking at the camera as a hospital staff member makes an appeal for people to let his relatives know about him.

Appeal From King Faisal HospitalLittle is known about the man because he is supposedly unable to speak.

The only thing that is known about him is that he was performing a pilgrimage to Mecca, the holiest site in Islam.

It is performed by Muslims around the world, which has made it difficult for hospital staff to know which country he has come from.

The hospital staff member said in the video: “He cannot tell us his name, or any information about where he came from. His relatives cannot be found.”

The elderly man is wearing a hospital garment that features the logo of the King Faisal Hospital in Mecca where he is said to be.
