A man from Thornton, Bradford, has been arrested on suspicion of public order offences.

Concerned residents reported a man staring at a house on Woodlands Close, who they believe ‘followed’ two girls home.

“This is apparently the same person who was seen following young girl with a pram a week or so ago.”

Residents reportedly chased the man back to his house before calling the Police.
