Bradford City and Millwall have both been charged by the Football Association (FA) for failing to control their players during the FA Cup third round replay.

Bradford’s manager Phil Parkinson and his assistant Steve Parkin have also been charged with improper conduct over the mass brawl in last week’s game at Valley Parade Stadium.

The incident took place in the 28th minute of the match when Millwall’s Alan Dunne appeared to push James Hanson.

It later sparked a confrontation between the two teams.

Referee James Adcock sent Parkinson and Parkin to the stands for their part in the incident.

Both clubs, along with Parkinson and his assistant, have until 6pm on 21 January to respond to the charges.
