This site is owned and made available by the Yorkshire Standard (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “we” and “us”).

The images and content of the Site are, unless otherwise stated, our property or our licensors’ property, and cannot be republished without permission (as highlighted in the ‘Licence to use the website’ section).
Images that are taken by Yorkshire Standard photographers belong to the Yorkshire Standard and are under the Copyright Act. Unless they are bought through the Newsprints online service, they cannot be republished without permission (as highlighted in 3. Licence to use the website).
We reserve the right to edit or remove any material published on the Site, or stored on our servers.
No part of the Site can be reproduced on, transmitted to or stored on any other web site or other form of electronic retrieval system, nor may any part of the site be accessed in such manner as to make it appear part of any third parties website without our prior written consent.
5.a RSS Feed
By downloading and using our RSS Feeds you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
Our RSS feeds are entirely free of charge for non-commercial use. You may not use our feeds on any site that we would consider a competitor to the Yorkshire Standard.
6. Exclusion of third party rights
These terms of use are for the benefit of you and us, and are not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party. The exercise of our and your rights in relation to these terms of use is not subject to the consent of any third party.

We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date.
If any mistakes, inaccuracies or updates can be seen, we will make the suitable amendments or changes, providing they are accurate, if we are contacted.
