Games: 5 most brutal fatalities we’ve seen on MKX so far

Mortal Kombat X (MKX) is to be released soon. There have been various teasers, trailers and game-play footage already available online so I have put together some of the most brutal fatalities that have been shared with the world already.

As a Mortal Kombat (MK) fan, who remembers falling in love with the first game that ever came out, I have judged the fatalities based upon violence (obviously) and creativity. They are all available to see on YouTube.

Please do keep in mind that there are more characters yet to be revealed prior to the game release on 14 April. This article also contains spoilers.

5. Kotal Kahn

Kotal Kahn is a new character in MKX and has been rumoured to be a descendant of the Emperor of Outworld, Shao Kahn – who we remember as one of the biggest baddest villains in MK.

Kotal’s story will be revealed in MKX, so little is known about him. But he is sick.

One of his MKX fatalities involves him ripping open his opponent’s chest, taking out his or her heart before bursting it open above him as the blood pours on his face.

He adds to our list of other MK characters who have showed cannibalistic tendencies, and that includes Mileena, Reptile and Nitara.
